About First Pacific Capital

• FPCU was established in 1989 in Australia. Since then FPCU has been providing Financial Engineering and Capital and Portfolio Management services. Our Capital Management service includes assisting clients in the acquisition or sale of businesses. Our team uses securities to raise capital and secure finance for government instrumentalities, commercial real estate and corporations. Our business strategy is to combine the energy of a specialist team with the massive strength of large financial institutions, major property groups, joint venturers and overseas investors.
• Working with Asia as well as Australia:
  – FPCU identifies closely with South East Asia, undertaking to represent the interests of ASEAN based companies and to introduce them to a wide range of opportunities in Australia.
  – FPCU also undertakes to introduce clients in Australia to the vast potential of the Asia Pacific region. FPCU assist both local and overseas clients to develop a greater understanding of the environment they are investing in.

Mr Eduard Alcordo

Director

Mr Eduard Alcordo is a director of FPCU.

Mr Alcordo has been involved in project development for the past 22 years. He also has been involved in listing companies and underwriting securities since 1989. He has been in the capital market since 1984 having worked in executive positions with First National Securities (a subsidiary of National Australia Bank), Fay Richwhite, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Advance Bank Australia.

Mr Robert Goldie

Legal Counsel

Mr Robert Goldie is a senior corporate lawyer specialising in capital raisings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, managed funds, securities licensing, corporate and commercial law. Mr Goldie was formerly a partner and head of corporate at a national law firm and was a counsel at the Australian Securities Commission, and currently is principal of Goldie Corporate Counsel in Macquarie Street, Sydney.
