Transco Philippines

FPCU in consortium with the Carlyle Group and Transgrid of Australia participated in an international tender for the privatisation of the National Transmission Company (TransCo) of the Philippines, owner of Philippines’ electricity transmission grid. Prior to privatisation, TransCo operated and managed the power transmission system that links power plants to the electric distribution utilities nationwide.
